STUDENT AND TEATCHER OPPORTUNITIES

Both undergraduate and graduate students will have excellent opportunities provided by the IODP. Departments and institutes that conduct IODP related research offer educative exercises and seminars for students. The Finnish Graduate School in Geology will benefit also from those upcoming courses as it is a national network linking together all fields of geological sciences including palaeogeography and marine geology. Teachers are also able to increase their knowledge of IODP and scientific methods via the IODP Teachers-At-Sea Programs and ECORD Teachers Workshops.
